This policy explains how the current ProjectVybe website may collect and use information when you browse the site or send an enquiry.

ProjectVybe is designed as a public project catalogue and enquiry platform. This policy describes the current implementation and may be updated as the website develops.
Information you may submit
When you use the enquiry form, the website may collect the information you choose to provide:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- A selected published project, if applicable
- Selected active services, if applicable
- The message and project or service context you submit
Necessary technical processing
Django may process information needed to serve pages, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and complete the enquiry confirmation flow. The current website does not include analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing tracking systems.
How information may be used
Information submitted through an enquiry may be used to respond to you, understand the requested project or service, manage the enquiry as a lead, send enquiry-related emails, and continue a project or service conversation through available communication channels. It may also be used as necessary to operate and improve the website's enquiry functionality.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored as lead records in the application database so they can be managed through Django Admin. Records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an enquiry, manage a related relationship, meet operational needs, or address a request about the record. A fixed retention period has not been established in the current application.
Third-party services
The website uses Cloudinary for permanent public website and project images. Project demonstration links may take you to YouTube. These services may process information according to their own policies when your browser requests their content or you follow an external link.
The production hosting and database provider may process application data as necessary to operate the deployed website.
When you submit an enquiry, the information you provide may also be processed through the email service used by ProjectVybe to deliver enquiry notifications and, where applicable, confirmation emails. Email providers may process and temporarily retain email-related information according to their own policies.
Security and requests
The application uses standard Django protections and access controls appropriate to the current website. No online system can promise absolute security. If you want to ask about information submitted through ProjectVybe, or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact support@projectvybe.com.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised when the website, services, or information practices change. The updated version will be published on this page.
